I bought a duvet cover from you and it came with a stain on it. After SEVERAL attempts to reach someone and get the appropriate return policy for damaged merchandise, I went ahead and returned the duvet cover along with my receipt.
Despite trying to reach you via phone and e-mail constantly since that time, I have NEVER received any response other than an automated email saying that my question/complaints had been received. Naturally I have never received payment. YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!
